McKercher LLP has extended their Program Partnership Agreement, contributing $24K over 3 years to empower Co.Labs startups with invaluable in-kind legal services. Most importantly, the agreement means Co.Labs startups have access to McKercher LLP’s team of world-class legal experts to guide them through the legal complexities of starting and growing a tech company.
At the earliest stages of company development, the high cost of legal services are often prohibitive to founders, preventing many new businesses from seeking the professional legal advice they need.
Since 2018, McKercher LLP has dedicated over 1,500 hours of in-kind legal services to over 150 founders in Co.Labs’ programs, helping them with everything from incorporation to governance to fundraising.
