The Spring 2020 Co.Launch cohort featured the best 8 tech startups from an initial pool of 35 applicants. Ultimately, 3 of those made it to the finale event to pitch for $15,000 in non-dilutive capital!
What is Co.Launch?
Co.Launch is an accelerator program for product-based technology startups. Through 3.5 months of programming, founders will learn to: build a sales funnel, craft their brand, hire their first developer, raise $$$ the right way, and much more.
The Finale Format
- 5-minute pitches
- 5-minute question period
- Judges deliberate and decide how to allocate $15,000 among finalists
The Finalists
We are very excited to announce that all three finalists, based on their significant development throughout the Co.Launch program, have been offered spots in Co.Labs!
- Cadence: Final documents, made simple. A digital platform that supports family members and executors in completing administrative tasks after a death.
- Arctic Shelf: IoT refrigerated locker solution for workplaces by allowing employees to store meals at work without fear of others taking or touching their food. Using the mobile app, customers will be able to find, rent, open and order food to their locker.
- FoodRenew: Platform that helps businesses sell their surplus food to consumers at 1⁄2 the usual price and helps reduce food waste and improves businesses’ sustainability
While all three impressed the judges with their pitches, Cadence ($10,000) and Arctic Shelf ($5,000) were the two startups that ultimately walked away from the finale with some cash!
