Co.Labs supports the Saskatchewan tech ecosystem. This role offers a front-row seat to our programs and events, and a chance to work with the province’s fastest-growing startups.
Purpose of the job
Be the program team’s Swiss Army knife to help create value for startup founders.
Work varies daily, with a focus on program admin, events, and special projects. You’ll report to the Program Director and work directly with the programs team.
Outcomes and responsibilities
Engage startups
- Get to know the startups in our program to keep teams engaged and founder connections strong
- Host in-office events for startup teams (e.g. lunch & learns, onboarding sessions, Fun Fridays)
Support program admin
- Triage inquiries from our “hello@co-labs.ca” inbox
- Maintain our mentor, expert, and speaker contact lists and sometimes help source and onboard new ones
- Take on special projects to enhance our programs and processes.
Bring our events to life
- Set up and run community events (approximately 1/month, mostly in the evenings and can run late—be prepared for funky hours here and there)
- Collaborate with the team on our flagship annual event, Uniting the Prairies, with 700+ conference attendees (availability required May 5-9, 2025)

We work in the office five days a week, with standard hours (except mornings after events). Monthly salary is $3,200 - $4,200, negotiable based on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including dental, general health, vacation, and an HSA.
