Co.Labs supports the Saskatchewan tech ecosystem. This role offers a front-row seat to our programs and events, and a chance to work with the province’s fastest-growing startups.
Purpose of the job
Keep the idea-stage startup pipeline strong in Saskatchewan. Do whatever’s needed to identify and support founders turning their ideas into reality. You’ll report to the Program Director.
Your role
- Meet 1:1 with prospective founders to assess fit for our programs
- Create and deploy resources to meet founders’ needs
- Facilitate in-person coaching, mentoring, and group sessions
- Manage a network of experts and mentors to support founders
- Plan and execute Co.Hack, our annual developer-focused hackathon
- Think creatively to enhance early-stage programs
“Need to haves”
- Available full-time and in-person in Saskatoon (with occasional irregular hours)
- Highly organized, with clear and direct communication
- Can handle tough conversations (say “no” with a smile)
- Actively seeks problems to solve (and provide potential solutions)
- Strong desire to learn about business and tech
“Nice to haves”
- Pre-existing interest in startups or technology
- Experience in entrepreneurship or financial analysis
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and HubSpot

We work in the office five days a week, with standard hours (except mornings after events). Annual salary is $50,000 - $60,000, negotiable based on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including dental, general health, vacation, and an HSA.
